You may use the sermon reports forms at Holy Cross or any church you are visiting. Please be sure to return your "hard copy" completed sermon report to the wicker box in the narthex at the end of the service. If using the "online sermon report form" please be sure to click "SEND FORM" after you have completed your sermon report.
